Gjestgjevargarden Restored wooden house built in the traditional southern style in the 18th century. Open Fridays and Saturdays 11:00 am until 2:00 pm. During summer live music is played for free on Saturdays. The house also contains its own small museum. Coffee and light food available.

Norwegian Motormuseum Founded in 1986 as a documentary museum for Norwegian small boat motor production. The museum also houses some larger boat motors that hold special value for the Sunnhordlands region. The traditional Pedersons Motorverksted which produced Solid-motors until 1950 has been rebuilt complete with machinery and equipment in the Museum. Open mid June to mid August: Tuesday - Friday 11am to 4 Pm, Saturday 10 am to 2 pm and Sundays 1 pm to 5 pm.

Gallery Jespersen (Gallery of modern art) Exebition is changed regulary. Includes paintings sculptures and graphic works all made by Knut Jespersen. Geust artist Roald Tellnes from Haugesund is displaying his graphic works in 2002. Gallery is located beside mainroad 500 metres from town center towards Etne. Opening hours: Monday to Friday 10 am until 1 pm. Saturdays 10 am to 3 pm. Closed on Sundays. The Gallery can also be veiwed by arrangement ph 53755529/ 97105614.

Milje farm and Miljeseter Milje farm and Miljeseter (summer farm and Shepard's cabin). In conjunction with the Skånevik Fjordhotell welcoming at Miljer farm homestead then transport to Miljer summer farm in mountains where it is possible to be served dinner and drinks. Memorial Stone Erected in memory of the 26 people who died when the ship Folgefonden which sank in Skånevik fjord 22 of August 1908. Situated next to Ferry departure point.
